Hey Guys!
Today I am going to show you how to make a really cool faded bookmark with materials you can easily find around your house! Without any further ado, let's get started!
Materials needed:
1 Index card(I am not using paper because index cards are sturdier)
2. Markers
3. Scrap of paper
4.Water
Directions:
1.Draw something on a piece of paper, it could be a letter, number or animal. Make sure your paper is smaller than the index card.
2.Cut your shape out and attach some double sided tape onto it. Make sure you can take your shape off of your index card once you put it on.
3. Take rainbow colored markers and color the whole index card without leaving any gaps and making sure color does not get under your paper cut-out.
4. Take a wet paper towel and run the ink so that it the marker looks like watercolors.
5. Peel off your stencil. You can now see that the area that was covered by paper is still white. If you want, you can outline it in black marker.
6.Enjoy your new bookmark!
